The petitioner has already tendered representation on 24th August, 2016 to the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Maharashtra State, Pune, putting forth his grievance. According to the petitioner, the Director of Education has not dealt with the representation and no directions have yet been issued.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, without entering into merits of the controversy, we deem it proper to direct respondent No. 2 - the Director of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune to take appropriate

wp11869-2016 decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 24th August, 2016, in accordance with the relevant Government Resolutions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
