Present petition has been filed directing respondent No. 1 to decide the premature release proposal of the petitioner within time frame. It is pending since 07.01.2024.

Learned A.P.P. after waiving the notice for all the respondents and upon written instructions on behalf of respondent No.1 which is taken on record by marking Exhibit "A" submits that the said proposal would be decided within two months. Exhibited "A" is taken as an undertaking.

The petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to decide the said proposal within a period of two months from today.
