Ms.Vaishnav, learned counsel states that prior to filing of the petitions, the petitioners have sought information under the Right to Information Act and they were informed that investigation is still in progress.

Mr.Deshpande, learned ASG states that he has been
instructed by the Respondents to state that the investigation is complete and the selection process is cancelled. 4.
In light of that, the prayer made by the petitioners in the Writ Petitions does not survive. The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to assail if their rights are affected.
