ORDER:

Ms Pansambal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposals were submitted in the year 2007 and 2010

2 Sr5&6 WP14331.2017 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners. In the year 2013, for the first time, the query was raised by the Education officer, the same was complied by the management immediately. However, the proposals are not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2. 3.

In case the proposals forwarded by the petitioners (Exh.C) are still pending after the compliance made by the petitioners, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
