The present application is filed for quashing the FIR bearing Crime No.0501/2015, registered with MIDC Police Station, Waluj, Aurangabad.

The complainant and accused are present before the Court. The complainant has filed affidavit stating that the matter is settled between the complainant and accused persons.

The complainant admits the contents of the affidavit. He is identified by his advocate.

In light of the above, the FIR bearing Crime No.0501/2015,

registered with MIDC Police Station, Waluj, Aurangabad dt.12.11.2015 for offence punishable U/ss 392, 507 of the I.P.C is quashed and set aside.
