In view of availability of the alternate efficacious remedy, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding before the Government. Permission is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 2.

Taking into consideration the peculiar situation prevailing as on today, the status-quo order granted by this Court shall continue to operate till the proceeding filed by the petitioners is entertained and effectively heard.
