Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the first point of knowledge of death of respondent No.13 had been when the bailiff report about the same had been received by the office of this court and thereafter, application has been filed immediately. Accordingly, notices of civil application were issued to legal heirs of deceased respondent No.13. In response to the same, legal heirs of deceased respondent No.13 have put in appearance. They have no particular objection to bring themselves on record, as legal heirs of deceased respondent

In view of the same, the civil application is granted in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

Learned advocate appearing for legal heirs of respondent No.13 accepts notice in writ petition as well. 4.

Civil application stands disposed of.
