These are application for condonation of delay. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for the State and Land Acquisition Officer. 2.

Mr. Sangle, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that in connected matter, the delay is condoned and the appeal is admitted. Mrs. Rakh and Mr. Avad appeared in the said matters for the claimants. In the present matters also the learned counsel has filed appearance for the non applicants/ claimants. 3.
