The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to forward the proposal of the petitioner for permanent approval as a Peon.

Mr.Dixit, the learned counsel submits that the appointment of the petitioner is approved as a Peon on unaided post. There is no vacant post available on unaided. The vacant post of peon is available in aided Division. 3.

The learned counsel submits that the Management is ready to forward the proposal of the petitioner for permanent approval.

The Management shall forward the proposal of the petitioner for permanent approval. On receipt of the proposal from the Management, the Education Officer shall take decision upon it in accordance with law, policy considering the staffing pattern and the earlier orders expeditiously within four months.
