Shri Kedar, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in the connected matters this Court (Coram: Sunil K. Kotwal, J.) vide order passed on 22.11.2018 has permitted the applicants in the said applications to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on undertaking and further 25% on submitting solvent surety. The learned counsel has prayed for passing similar order in the present matters also. The learned counsel for the

933-CA-867-2019 withdrawal.odt (2) appellant-acquiring body does not have any objection for passing such order. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) Permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50% compensation amount on furnishing written undertaking in this Court to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Permission is also granted to the applicants to withdraw 25% amount out of the remaining compensation subject to the filing of solvent security for the said amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

iii) Remaining 25% amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of this appeal.

iv) Civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
