The learned Advocate for the applicant states that vide order dated 13.10.2025, the applicant was released on bail on the condition of furnishing personal bond and SB of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties before the learned Trial Court, within a period of two weeks till the disposal of the appeal. However, due to the Diwali holidays, he could not furnish the same within the prescribed time khs/Nov.2025/4086

- 2 - limit. Therefore, he has filed this application for extension of time to furnish the surety, as directed by this Court. 2.

Accordingly, 2 (two) weeks time is extended to comply the order of this Court dated 13.10.2025. Application is allowed. 3.

List the Criminal appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 17.11.2025.
