The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that, the Respondent No.2 has already initiated the enquiry. In that view of the matter, the respondent nos. 1 and 2 have initiated steps to decide the complaint filed by the petitioners. 4.

Further grievance of the petitioners is that, though the enquiry is initiated on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioners, the petitioners are not allowed to participate in the said enquiry and to place on record the documents in support of their case. In case, the enquiry is not already completed, we direct the Respondent No.2 to allow one of the petitioner on behalf of all the petitioners to participate in the enquiry and to place on record the relevant documents in support of their allegations in the complaint.
