We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents points out that the petitioner earlier had filed Writ Petition No. 5720 of 2018 for the same purpose. The same was withdrawn with liberty to approach the Grievance Committee of the university.
