All these civil applications seeking withdrawal of compensation amount are partly allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount, which has been` deposited by appellants, subject to filing undertaking that such withdrawal shall abide by final order to be passed in the appeals.

Since the applicants reside at Jalna, they are given liberty to swear the affidavit containing undertaking before the Notary Public at Jalna and then to file the same in this Court. Copies of such affidavit be furnished to learned counsel for appellants before the same are lodged in the Registry.
