Considering the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed and the delay of 2 years and 47 days is condoned with costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand only/-) to be deposited by the applicants with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. The order dated 5.9.2014 is, therefore, recalled. 2.

Issue notice to respondent No.2 in the Writ Petition, returnable on 11.8.2017. The applicant / petitioners shall have the notice published in Marathi Daily Lokmat, Jalgaon Edition, at least ten days prior to the returnable date and produce a copy of the news paper on record. 3.

Failure to abide by any of the above directions, will result in the restoration of the order dated 5.9.2014 and the petition would stand dismissed against respondent No.2.
