1] For the reasons we have set out in our common order passed today in Writ Petition Nos.6972/2014, 6974/2014 and 6984/2014 and the controversy in the present petition being identical, this writ petition succeeds. 2] We quash and set aside the impugned order of the scrutiny committee and direct issuance of certificate of validity to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3] Let the petitioner rely upon the certificate of

WP 11742/14 - 2 - validity as and when received to seek the relief of quashing and setting aside the termination order and/or any adverse order on that count. It would be entirely for the employer to then consider such a request in accordance with law.

4] The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
