The petitioner was complaining about disobedience of the order of this Court whereby the respondents were directed to appoint her on compassionate ground.

The learned advocate for the respondent No.2 who is the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad tenders across the bar order passed by the Deputy CEO, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad dated 20.04.2023 which is a communication addressed to the petitioner whereby she has been informed about her appointment on compassionate ground about her name having been taken on the roll of waiting list of the compassionate appointment. The learned advocate for the petitioner admits the fact. In view of such communication, nothing survives. The contempt petition is disposed of.
