Heard Adv. Mr. A.V. Gore appearing for the applicants, and learned APP Mrs. S.G. Chincholkar appearing for the respondent - State. 2.

Perused the evidence on record and in particular, two dying declarations. All three applicants are implicated. Prima facie, dying declarations appear to be consistent. No case is made out for grant of bail during pendency of the appeal.

The Application is rejected.

Registry of this Court shall send back the record & proceedings to the Sessions Court at Aurangabad. Upon receiving the record & proceedings, Registry of the Sessions Court shall prepare paperbook and send the same with original record to this Court, as expeditiously as possible, however, within three months from today. 5.
