The learned AGP raises a preliminary objection to the present writ petition and submits that an alternate remedy is available to challenge the impugned order challenged in this writ petition before the State. 2.

In view of the objection raised by the learned AGP, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty. In the event, the petitioner challenges the impugned order before the appropriate authority, the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition be excluded in computing the period of limitation under section 14 of the Limitation Act.
