Parties to the proceedings and the property, which is subject matter of present application is within the jurisdiction of Principal Seat of Bombay High Court.

It is not in dispute that one of the offshoot of the present proceedings, in which, order of the Wakf Tribunal is subject matter of

194.16cra (2) challenge in Civil Revision Application No. 970 of 2014, is also pending on the file of Principal Seat.

In view of above, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he has no objection if proceedings are transferred to Principal Seat at Bombay.

In view thereof, it will be appropriate to direct the registry to transfer this proceedings for adjudication at Principal Seat, Bombay.

5.

Ad interim protection to continue for 10 (ten) weeks from today.
