The application is filed for anticipatory bail. 2.

Previously, the application was withdrawn by the applicant when this Court had expressed opinion that the Court is not inclined to grant relief and that was on 10th October, 2014.

Today, learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the original complainant submitted that they have settled the dispute and applicant has married with the complainant and they are living together. Learned counsel appearing for the prosecutrix

-:(2):- submits that he has no objection for granting relief. The crime is registered for offence punishable under section 376, 420 etc. of I.P.C.

In view of this change in circumstances, and the nature of allegations, this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the applicant.
