ORDER :

The petition is filed for giving directions to respondents - Zilla Parishad to consider the representations dated 23.6.2016 and 28.6.2016 filed by the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel.

It appears that the petitioner had applied for mutual transfer. The respondent informed to the petitioner that in view of the G.R. dated 2.7.2014, the place of first posting can not be given for 15 years under request

WP No. 12233/16 transfer. It is the grievance of the petitioner that this G.R. may not be applied to mutual transfer. This Court is avoiding to touch the merits of the matter. As the general transfers are due and the process will start after April of this year, the representations of the petitioner can be considered as request transfer or mutual transfer. The representations can be decided by the respondents in terms of the policy decision shown in the G.R. Only to that extent, the direction is given. The petition is disposed of.
