This Court is informed that the original suit being R.C.S. No.419 of 2018 is dismissed for want of prosecution on 8th January 2025.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the application for restoration of the suit has been filed. However, no order on restoration is passed yet. Since the suit is already dismissed for want of prosecution, nothing survives in the petition. It is, however, clarified that in case the suit is restored, it would be open to the Petitioner to challenge the impugned order by filing fresh petition. 3.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
