This Court had issued notice to the Respondents on 1.12.2016. Affidavit is not filed.

According to the petitioner, the proposal is given on 2.9.2016 (Exh.A) collectively for upgrading the petitioner as full time Librarian as the strength of the students was more than 1000 from 1993 to 2006.

In case the proposal (Exh.A) collectively is pending with the Education Officer then the same shall be decided by the Education Officer on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months. The petitioner and/or Head Master may place before the Education Officer the record on which they want to rely.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
