The petitioner makes a grievance that respondent no.2 - District Collector has not taken any decision on the proposal tendered on 30.01.1997 seeking permission to sell the land in view of the provisions of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948.

If the proposal is still pending with respondent no.2 - District Collector, the same
