ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by Bhimrao Bhise. The incident of dacoity took place on 4.11.2014. In the night time, after mid night hours, six persons entered his house. They gave threat and they took away the cash amount, radio and other valuables. After raising commotion by these persons, some villagers gave chase and they noticed that one four wheeler transport vehicle was stationary at one place. When they searched the transport vehicle, they found that present applicant was present in the transport vehicle and

Cri. Appln. No. 7009/14 there was stolen property like radio in the vehicle which was stolen from the house of complainant. Present applicant came to be arrested on the spot.

The submissions made show that the applicant has no bad antecedents. She is a lady, who is aged about 38 years. Only due to this circumstance and as the male persons had participated in the incident of dacoity, this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind bars till the disposal of the case.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on her furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) with one solvent surety of like amount. She is not to tamper the prosecution witnesses. She is not to commit similar offence.
