Learned AGP makes statement that in the order of this Court itself it is observed that property of the petitioner is released, and therefore, it is not necessary to issue notification under Section 127(2) of the Maharashtra Regional And Town Planning Act, 1966, as the case of the petitioner is prior to the amendment. 2.

Faced with this situation, learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to not press the contempt petition.
