This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the appellant. However, considering that the amount is towards compensation and the applicants have lost earning member of the family, following order :- (i) Application stands partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to with 50% amount along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

(iii) 25% amount alongwith accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety-security to the satisfaction of the learned (Judicial) of this Court.
