By the order of which the petitioner has been seeking execution, the respondent was supposed to take decision in respect of its request for grant in aid. A copy of the communication received by the Director of Education from the State Government dated 30.11.2023 is pointing out that the decision has already been taken. The request for grant in aid has been considered and rejected.

Keeping open the remedy of challenging the decision refusing grant in aid, the petition is disposed of.
