The application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing restoration application and also for calling back the order of dismissal made by this Court and for restoration of Writ Petition No. 4776/2015. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.

In the main proceeding, nobody had turned up for respondents. In view of this circumstance, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The order of dismissal is recalled.
