Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions in writing from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. The learned Counsel tenders the pursis signed by the petitioner. It has been mentioned in the pursis that the petitioner's daughter become major and she got married with one Suresh. Though said Suresh is arrested in connection with the crime registered in this regard under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, however, he has been released on bail and petitioner's daughter and said Suresh are residing together as a married couple.
