Perused the copy of death certificate of respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 - Sau. Meena Ishwar Patil is expired on 16th April, 2021. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, the applicant could not move this application immediately. However, there is no delay in view of extension of period of limitation by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The applicant to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent No.3 by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within a period of four weeks.
