Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned counsel submits that, the management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of a clerk, however, same is not decided by the respondent No. 2 as yet.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, if the said proposal is pending, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.

In case proposal submitted by the management seeking approval to the appointment of a junior clerk is pending with the respondent No. 2, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits as per law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
