Shri H.S.Khaire, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that in companion matters this Court has permitted the claimants therein to withdraw 80% of the deposited amount and has further ordered to invest balance 20% of the deposited amount in Fixed Deposit Receipt. The same course needs to be followed in the present matter also. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

ca14641.18 II) Balance 20% of the deposited amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt till decision in the appeal.
