The applicants had filed First Appeal No.1834 of 2015 against the judgment and award passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.153/2013. That appeal is disposed of by this Court on 29th August 2018. In this First Appeal the applicants had deposited statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- on 9th July 2015. 3.

I have gone through the endorsement made by the Office regarding deposit of statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- by the applicant Nitin Raosaheb Langade. After disposal of the appeal, this amount needs to be refunded to applicant No.1 Nitin Raosaheb Langade.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed. Statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) be paid to applicant Nitin Raosaheb Langade, after his due identification by the Registrar (Judicial) 5.
