CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 13030 OF 2024 1.

This application is filed for withdrawal of amount. In the present case the S.L.A.O. had granted rate of Rs.1930/- per Are and same is enhanced to Rs.9000/- per Are by the learned Reference Court. The respondent No.1/acquiring body deposited only 75% amount alongwith interest. Considering the above, following order :

ORDER

(a) The applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in the office of this Court. The amount be remitted to the learned Reference Court, Parbhani alongwith accrued interest thereon.

13 CA 13030-2024 (b) The learned Reference Court, Parbhani to allow the applicants to withdraw the amount on taking an undertaking that, in case the appeal is allowed in favour of acquiring body they shall redeposit the amount alongwith interest within twelve (12) weeks from passing of such judgment.

(c) The Civil Application is disposed of.
