2] Learned A.G.P. candidly submits that the amount, as directed earlier, could not be deposited.

3] In the circumstances, twelve weeks' time is granted to deposit the amount, as a last chance. The interim stay to the execution of the award, granted earlier, is hereby made absolute on the same terms and conditions, till disposal of the appeal.

4] The application is allowed and disposed of as such.

5] In case of default to deposit the amount, present application shall stand dismissed and the stay shall stand vacated, automatically.
