The petitioner's representation to the Education Officer dated 15.07.2022, seeking regular monthly salary and appointment of a regular Headmaster, is pending. She is one of the signatories amongst the teachers, who have signed the said representation.

The learned AGP submits that the concerned Education Officer (Secondary) would consider the representation, on it's own merits, by following the due procedure laid down in law.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed
