ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. One learned counsel Shri. P.B. Gapat has appeared for original complainant and he has filed application for the original complainant to the effect that he has no objection to grant the relief claimed. The learned APP is also heard. 2.

Crime was registered on the basis of report given by one Santaji, father of prosecutrix. He has made allegations that the prosecutrix was studying in 9th standard and she was kidnapped by the present applicant on 3.7.2013. The report was given on 10.8.2013. Submissions were made to the effect that this girl and the applicant have married and they have one issue.

In view of these submissions and the circumstances of the case, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). He is not to commit similar offence. 4.

Application filed by original complainant for adding him as a party is allowed and disposed of.
