Mr. Kalani, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 raises an objection that the matter would not lie within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The advertisement was issued at Mumbai. The post at Mumbai is to be filled in as per the advertisement. The petitioner had filled in the Form showing his address as Sindkhed Raja, District Buldana.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks return of the Writ Petition with liberty to file it before the Principal Seat at Bombay.

Writ Petition, as such, is returned back and the petitioner may present it before the appropriate Forum.
