Perused the death certificate of original claimant Maliram Muniram Kumavat, who died on 26.05.2020. He died during the Covid-19 pandemic. The application needs to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (D).

(ii) The applicants to carry out necessary corrections in the array of appeal memo.

(iii) The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 26.02.2013 is hereby quashed and set aside.
