Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGP and the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1. 2.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is taking exception to the order dated 29.10.2024 by which the application seeking stay to the orders passed by the Additional Collector, Osmanabad came to be rejected during the pendency of revision filed by the petitioner. 3.

This Court by an order dated 26.11.2024 while issuing notices to the Respondents has passed an interim order by directing the respondents not to take any action pursuant to the revenue entries in respect of the writ land.

After having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well Narwade/

956-wp-12732-2024.odt as the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 and the learned AGP, I am of the view that in spite of keeping this Writ Petition pending, the proceedings of Revision Petition No.281 of 2024 pending before the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad itself can be directed to be expedited.

In that view of the matter, I pass the following order :-

O R D E R

i.

The Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad is directed to decide the Revision Petition No.281 of 2024 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from today. ii.

Till the disposal of said Revision Petition, the interim relief granted by this Court on 26.11.2024 would continue. iii.

With this direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of. [ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J.] Narwade/
