The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition as they hope that the Municipal Corporation may consider their claim, as the Deputy Director of Municipal Administration has issued the circular dated 17.03.2006.

The learned advocate for the Municipal Corporation submits that the claim of the petitioners is not in tune with the
