The present petition has been filed for issuing direction to respondent No.2 to decide the appeal which is pending with him from 25.10.2024 challenging the rejection of his parole leave.

Learned A.P.P. upon written instructions he received from respondent No.2 which is placing on record the same and which is marked as Exhibit 'A' and submits that four weeks time be given for disposal of the appeal.
