This Court by order dated 29.01.2020 had granted stay to the execution and operation of the impugned award on condition of depositing of the entire decretal amount awarded by the Reference Court.

Today, learned Advocate for the applicant submits

905ca14987.19 (stay) that pursuant to the order the Acquiring Body has deposited the amount in this Court on 09.07.2021 and there is no dispute about it.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause-'B'.

The Claimants are at liberty to file application for withdrawal of the amount.

The amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the Claimants in view of the that there shall be stay. 6.

The application stands disposed off.
