The present petition is filed challenging order dated 19.09.2024 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Ahmednagar. The petition was filed since the Appellate Authority was not available at the relevant time for assailing the impugned order. It is informed that the Appellate Authority is now available. The learned Counsel for the petitioner informs that the appeal is already filed before the Appellate Authority.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of keeping all points open to be agitated before the learned Authority. 3.

Since 50% of the amount is deposited with the respondent in terms of interim order dated 09/12/2024 passed by this Court, the interim relief shall continue to operate till the decision of the appeal on merits. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. [ROHIT W. JOSHI J.] Narwade/
