Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned A. G. P. waives notice for both respondents. Heard the matter finally at the admission stage.

Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the proposal dated 19.01.2024, which is pending before him. The petitioner was transferred from unaided section to aided section of the school concerned and the proposal is awaiting a decision. The learned A. G. P. submits that the proposal would be decided within four (04) weeks from today.

In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2/Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 19.01.2024 on its merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four (04) weeks from today.
