The petition has been moved against the communication dated 07/11/2016 whereunder, the petitioner apprehended his displacement for an accommodation had been directed to be given under said communication to one Vijay Shripatrao Ghavate in the place of petitioner. However, subsequently said Vijay Shripatrao Ghavate has been accommodated in some other institution. In view of aforesaid it appears that the communication has been rendered redundant.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there has been further development on another front since approval to his appointment has been rejected and a separate writ petition has been preferred against said rejection. Having regard to aforesaid it does not appear that any order is required in the present petition. The writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to make the request as made in the present prayer clause (D) of this petition as it appears to be appropriate in the petition pending against rejection of approval to appointment of petitioner [S.M.GAVHANE,J.] [SUNIL P.
