We have seen the reply filed by the local Body - the respondent. It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that no application is made by the petitioner for getting occupancy certificate in respect of the premises. There are some other contentions and information with regard to the work which is started by the local Body, like creating access road, etc.; however, that is not relevant when the occupancy certificate itself is not obtained by the petitioner.

If an application is moved by the petitioner before the respondent Corporation for issuance of the occupancy certificate, it shall be considered and decided by the Corporation in accordance with the relevant rules on deposit of the necessary charges, taxes, etc. by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of such application. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any grievance still exists.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
