This application is filed seeking permission to make amendment in the memo of First Appeal No.2681 of 2011 and in the memos of the Civil Applications.

It appears that by mistake, the status of applicant no.1 - Babu Moka Maske is shown as dead and in fact, he is alive. A prayer is, therefore,

Amendment is permitted. The Civil Application stands allowed.

This order is made as the learned Counsel for the applicants makes a statement that the amount has not been withdrawn by any person even though this Court has passed the order for withdrawal of the amount.
